We are pleased to have with us the Russian cosplayer Victoria Bulycheva, she represents many characters of cinema but today on our cover we have chosen Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games saga.
The protagonist Katniss is played in the cinema by the young but talented Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence and Hunger Games is the first chapter of the film transposition of the novel written by Suzanne Collins.
The story is set in the United States but in a post-apocalyptic period, the new capital is Capitol City, surrounded by thirteen large districts. These districts tried to rebel against the central government without success. As a penance for this act of rebellion, tributes are chosen every year in each district, that is, a boy and a girl between twelve and eighteen to force them to participate in the Hunger Games, a real battleground of death where they must eliminate themselves each other under the eyes of their masters.
Katniss Everdeen lives in District 12, her younger sister is unfortunately chosen to participate in the ruthless Hunger Games and so she decides to sacrifice herself by taking her place.
Victoria Bulycheva’s cosplay faithfully represents the protagonist of Hunger Games with her clothing and also accessories are very good, there is also an expressive similarity with the face of Jennifer Lawrence who plays Katniss.
But Victoria also cosplays many other great characters with charisma such as her personal female version of John Wick, one of the most famous characters that have been played by Keanu Reeves, in the guise of John Wick is a ruthless man against his enemies that hurt him.
Victoria is a great lover of Keanu Reeves and therefore can not miss cosplay dedicated to Matrix, then there are also costumes from the universe of Star Wars, Harry Potter and from the saga of The Hobbit.

Hi Victoria and congratulations on your costumes! Thank you very much for accepting our interview, it’s the first time that we have the pleasure of having a Russian cosplayer with us.
Among your characters, one we liked the most is Katniss Everdeen from the famous Hunger Games saga. This cosplay is very rare to find, at least in Italy, can you tell about it and how the idea of making it came about?
Hi! Thank you so much! And thank you for your attention!
Well.. Hunger Games was a big part of my youth. I was reading these books before the first part of movie started. My world turned upside down! I was so excited! And after premiere I decided to cosplay Katniss in her movie costume. It was a burst of inspiration and big love to Katniss and Peeta.
Another very famous character that you cosplay very well is John Wick, it’s an original and creative female version and you have also realized beautiful photosets too, what can you tell us about this cosplay, is it the one you prefer?
Thank you! John Wick is my big love. I sincerely admire the acting works of Keanu Reeves! And John Wick’s story one of my favorite ever. Movies are so dynamic and stylish! So powerful soundtrack makes me a super-killer in my mind (sounds wierd but I think all John Wick fans understand me!) I decided to do a cosplay after the second movie. I didn’t see female John’s before. So I have two main parts of my cosplay: saving some look a like things on my “girl-face” and saving the original “soul” of movie with great killers in black suits. I think we got this!
Your costumes and your photoshots are really very well done and we also want to congratulate with the photographers who made them, have you also participated in competitions and won prizes?
Thank you! I really love doing photoshoots. Shooting time is amazing moment in my cosplay life! This is great time when you can be your favorite character!
I don’t have some won prizes with my shoots. I don’t usually participate in contests usually. But I think I need to start do it!
